These are cavas that are aged for a short period of time, but not for that reason of lower quality. The main characteristic of these cavas is that they are intended to highlight the aromatic potential of the grape varieties with which they have been made, enhancing their fresh and fruity notes together with light touches of creaminess provided by the ageing process, which in our cavas is never less than 15 months.
From whites to rosés, these cavas are perfect for aperitifs and informal moments, and above all for pairing with light, fresh dishes.
