Reserva; in this case we are talking about cavas aged for more than two years, where the aromas and flavours provided by the yeasts in contact with the wine give the wine a silkier character, with more complex notes such as toast, spices and maturity.
These are white cavas with more complexity, both aromatically and taste-wise, which lend themselves to pair more harmoniously with dishes of a certain consistency.
