Our cavas

Roger Goulart makes its cavas using the traditional method and with grapes from the Comtats de Barcelona area, more specifically from the Alt Penedès wine-growing region.

The strict regulations of DO Cava  require a minimum ageing period for cavas depending on their classification. Despite this, Roger Goulart is committed to highlighting the benefits of long ageing times for the quality of its cavas, which is why our cavas are all vintage cavas and are left to rest in our galleries at a depth of more than 30 metres for much longer than the time indicated by the DO.

Any consumer of cavas, from the newly initiated to the most experienced, will find in the Roger Goulart catalogue a perfect cava to accompany and share in the best company of all kinds of gastronomic moments.
