Located very close to Barcelona, Roger Goulart has been making sparkling wines for over a hundred years. However, this is the first time that the winery’s bubbles have been marketed in Quebec.
Its color with pink reflections relieve the use of the red grape varieties, namely Grenache and Pinot Noir. Made like a champagne, the wine smells really Good of country fruits, like raspberries and strawberries. On the palate, it is fruity, with a fresh and saline finish.
